We are the controller of the personal data you send us through cognileap.app.
What we collect and why
- Contact form: your name, e-mail address, the service you are interested in and your message. They are sent to us by e-mail so we can answer you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- Live demo: your WhatsApp number, e-mail address and message. They are used once, to send you the WhatsApp message and e-mail you asked for. Your IP address is kept until the end of the day so that each visitor can run one demo per day. Legal basis: your consent, given with the checkbox (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Reviews: your rating, review, name, and optionally your company, role and e-mail address, plus a one-way hash of your IP address (to allow at most three reviews a day). We are notified on WhatsApp and nothing is published until we approve it. Your name, role, company, rating and review are shown on cognileap.app; your e-mail address never is. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Technical data: like any website, our server receives your IP address and browser details with each request, and keeps technical logs to keep the site running and secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Language: the language you choose is saved in your browser (local storage) and is not sent to us. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
Who else processes it
- Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Ltd.) on the home and review pages, to tell people from spam bots. It sends information about your device and visit to Google, which may process it in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the forms (Art. 6(1)(f)). See Google's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts: some pages load their typeface from Google's servers, which see your IP address.
- WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., Meta) delivers the demo message and our review notifications.
- Hosting: the site and the forms run on a server in the European Union rented from Contabo GmbH (Germany).
- E-mail: our e-mail provider carries the messages from the contact and demo forms.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers or use it for automated decisions about you.
How long we keep it
- Contact and demo requests: at most 3 years after our last exchange with you.
- The IP address used to limit demos: until the end of the day.
- Reviews: for as long as they are published, or until you ask us to remove them; reviews we do not publish, at most 3 years.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@cognileap.app; we answer within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., 1592 Sofia, cpdp.bg), or the authority of the country where you live.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.

Ce que nous collectons et pourquoi
- Formulaire de contact : votre nom, votre adresse e-mail, le service qui vous intéresse et votre message. Ils nous sont envoyés par e-mail pour que nous puissions vous répondre. Base légale : mesures prises à votre demande avant un contrat, et notre intérêt légitime à répondre aux demandes (RGPD art. 6, 1, b et f).
- Démo en direct : votre numéro WhatsApp, votre adresse e-mail et votre message. Ils servent une seule fois, à vous envoyer le message WhatsApp et l'e-mail demandés. Votre adresse IP est conservée jusqu'à la fin de la journée, pour limiter chaque visiteur à une démo par jour. Base légale : votre consentement, donné avec la case à cocher (art. 6, 1, a).
- Avis clients : votre note, votre avis, votre nom et, si vous les indiquez, votre entreprise, votre fonction et votre adresse e-mail, ainsi qu'une empreinte irréversible de votre adresse IP (pour limiter à trois avis par jour). Nous sommes prévenus sur WhatsApp et rien n'est publié avant notre validation. Votre nom, votre fonction, votre entreprise, votre note et votre avis sont affichés sur cognileap.app ; votre adresse e-mail ne l'est jamais. Base légale : votre consentement (art. 6, 1, a).
- Données techniques : comme tout site, notre serveur reçoit votre adresse IP et les informations de votre navigateur à chaque requête, et conserve des journaux techniques pour faire fonctionner et sécuriser le site (art. 6, 1, f).
- Langue : la langue choisie est enregistrée dans votre navigateur (stockage local) et ne nous est pas envoyée. Nous n'utilisons aucun cookie publicitaire ou de mesure d'audience.
Qui d'autre les traite
- Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Ltd.), sur la page d'accueil et la page d'avis, pour distinguer les personnes des robots de spam. Il transmet à Google des informations sur votre appareil et votre visite, que Google peut traiter aux États-Unis dans le cadre du Data Privacy Framework UE–États-Unis. Base légale : notre intérêt légitime à protéger les formulaires (art. 6, 1, f). Voir la politique de confidentialité de Google.
- Google Fonts : certaines pages chargent leur police depuis les serveurs de Google, qui voient votre adresse IP.
- WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., Meta) achemine le message de démo et nos notifications d'avis.
- Hébergement : le site et les formulaires tournent sur un serveur situé dans l'Union européenne, loué à Contabo GmbH (Allemagne).
- E-mail : notre fournisseur de messagerie achemine les messages des formulaires de contact et de démo.
Nous ne vendons pas vos données, ne les partageons pas avec des annonceurs et ne les utilisons pas pour des décisions automatisées vous concernant.
Durée de conservation
- Demandes de contact et de démo : 3 ans au plus après notre dernier échange.
- L'adresse IP qui limite les démos : jusqu'à la fin de la journée.
- Avis : tant qu'ils sont publiés, ou jusqu'à ce que vous demandiez leur retrait ; les avis non publiés, 3 ans au plus.
Vos droits
Vous pouvez demander l'accès à vos données, leur rectification ou leur effacement, la limitation de leur traitement ou vous y opposer, les recevoir dans un format portable, et retirer votre consentement à tout moment. Écrivez à info@cognileap.app ; nous répondons sous un mois.
Vous pouvez aussi saisir une autorité de protection des données : en Bulgarie, la Commission de protection des données personnelles (2 bd Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov, 1592 Sofia, cpdp.bg), ou l'autorité de votre pays de résidence (en France, la CNIL).

Wir sind Verantwortliche für die personenbezogenen Daten, die Sie uns über cognileap.app senden.
Was wir erheben und warum
- Kontaktformular: Ihr Name, Ihre E-Mail-Adresse, die gewünschte Leistung und Ihre Nachricht. Sie werden uns per E-Mail zugestellt, damit wir Ihnen antworten können. Rechtsgrundlage: vorvertragliche Maßnahmen auf Ihre Anfrage und unser berechtigtes Interesse, Anfragen zu beantworten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und f DSGVO).
- Live-Demo: Ihre WhatsApp-Nummer, E-Mail-Adresse und Nachricht. Sie werden einmal verwendet, um Ihnen die angeforderte WhatsApp-Nachricht und E-Mail zu senden. Ihre IP-Adresse wird bis zum Ende des Tages gespeichert, damit jede Person eine Demo pro Tag auslösen kann. Rechtsgrundlage: Ihre Einwilligung über das Kontrollkästchen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a).
- Bewertungen: Ihre Bewertung, Ihr Text, Ihr Name und optional Ihr Unternehmen, Ihre Funktion und Ihre E-Mail-Adresse, dazu ein nicht umkehrbarer Hash Ihrer IP-Adresse (höchstens drei Bewertungen pro Tag). Wir werden per WhatsApp benachrichtigt, und nichts wird ohne unsere Freigabe veröffentlicht. Name, Funktion, Unternehmen, Sterne und Text erscheinen auf cognileap.app, Ihre E-Mail-Adresse nie. Rechtsgrundlage: Ihre Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a).
- Technische Daten: Wie jede Website erhält unser Server bei jeder Anfrage Ihre IP-Adresse und Angaben zu Ihrem Browser und führt technische Protokolle, um die Website zu betreiben und zu schützen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f).
- Sprache: Die gewählte Sprache wird in Ihrem Browser (lokaler Speicher) gespeichert und nicht an uns gesendet. Wir verwenden keine Werbe- oder Analyse-Cookies.
Wer die Daten außerdem verarbeitet
- Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Ltd.) auf der Startseite und der Bewertungsseite, um Menschen von Spam-Bots zu unterscheiden. Es übermittelt Angaben zu Ihrem Gerät und Besuch an Google, das sie im Rahmen des EU-US Data Privacy Framework in den USA verarbeiten kann. Rechtsgrundlage: unser berechtigtes Interesse am Schutz der Formulare (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f). Siehe Datenschutzerklärung von Google.
- Google Fonts: Einige Seiten laden ihre Schrift von Google-Servern, die Ihre IP-Adresse sehen.
- WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., Meta) stellt die Demo-Nachricht und unsere Bewertungsbenachrichtigungen zu.
- Hosting: Website und Formulare laufen auf einem Server in der Europäischen Union, gemietet bei der Contabo GmbH (Deutschland).
- E-Mail: Unser E-Mail-Anbieter überträgt die Nachrichten aus dem Kontakt- und dem Demo-Formular.
Wir verkaufen Ihre Daten nicht, geben sie nicht an Werbetreibende weiter und nutzen sie nicht für automatisierte Entscheidungen über Sie.
Wie lange wir Daten speichern
- Kontakt- und Demo-Anfragen: höchstens 3 Jahre nach unserem letzten Austausch.
- Die IP-Adresse zur Begrenzung der Demos: bis zum Ende des Tages.
- Bewertungen: solange sie veröffentlicht sind oder bis Sie die Entfernung verlangen; nicht veröffentlichte Bewertungen höchstens 3 Jahre.
Ihre Rechte
Sie können Auskunft, Berichtigung oder Löschung Ihrer Daten, die Einschränkung der Verarbeitung oder Widerspruch dagegen sowie die Herausgabe in einem übertragbaren Format verlangen und Ihre Einwilligung jederzeit widerrufen. Schreiben Sie an info@cognileap.app; wir antworten innerhalb eines Monats.
Sie können sich außerdem bei einer Datenschutzbehörde beschweren: in Bulgarien bei der Kommission für den Schutz personenbezogener Daten (2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., 1592 Sofia, cpdp.bg) oder bei der Behörde Ihres Wohnsitzlandes.
